Our last round of Kick Start to Efficient Working consultations have been very popular with many participants asking where I learned all the hints and tips I provide in order to make their working day more efficient and effective. The short answer is 'lots of experience' but I should also credit one or two great books.
The first of these is 'The 4-Hour Work Week' by Timothy Ferriss(Left). Timothy teaches you to escape the 9-5, live anywhere and join the 'new rich'. He is actually living the lifestyle he advocates so who better to learn from. If you want to learn the secrets of how to squeeze your working week into just 4 hours, leaving you time race motorcycles, go scuba diving or learn the tango (or anything else that you can add to your life - after subtracting work) then you MUST read this book.
